A: Simply visit any of the sites on our list and look for our BiGANiME.com logo. Clicking on it will bring you to the voting gateway. Only one vote per visitor per day. Multiple clicks will not register on our database. If you really liked a site, come back and vote for it daily.

Q: How much does it cost to access this site?
A: It's a FREE service made possible by various sponsors on the web. Feel free exploring our site to your heart's content. Also note that we only list sites that are free to visitors so don't worry!

Q: I know an anime site that I think BiGANiME.com should list. How do I suggest a site?
A: You can email us with your suggestons at support@biganime.com. You can also write to that site to ask them to join our list.

Q: Why won't my votes register on your system?
A: Our list updates every 30 mins so it will show up on the next scheduled update. Also remember that our database only registers 1 vote per 24 hour period for a site. This is done to prevent cheating. So that means you can vote once for every site on the list per day.

Q: Why don't I just use a search engine?
A: Finding anime in a search engine is like finding a needle in a haystack. Our site is dedicated solely to anime on the web so you will get them all here. We not only list them, we rank them to show you which ones are the most popular.
